A rumor suggests the Nvidia RTX 50 series of graphics cards could be in extremely limited supply at launch as the release dates near.

The test was also a testament to the power of Nvidia’s upcoming multi-frame generation. With DLSS 4 and 4x frame generation enabled, as well as DLSS set to Performance, the RTX 5090 was hitting a whopping 290 fps and over 40ms of latency. This was with Nvidia’s Reflex 1, as Reflex 2 wasn’t available for this test.

Set to be released on January 31st, the new Nvidia RTX 5080 and RTX 5090 are nearly ready to be scooped up, but will you be able to get one?

Nvidia has provided some more concrete performance estimates for its upcoming RTX 50-series graphics cards without DLSS turned on.

Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang revealed the RTX 50-series GPUs during a CES keynote this evening, announcing a $1,999 RTX 5090, a $999 RTX 5080, a $749 RTX 5070 Ti, and a $549 RTX 5070. Nvidia’s new RTX 5090 and RTX 5080 GPUs will both be available on January 30th, with the RTX 5070 Ti and RTX 5070 to follow in February.
