Dallas Wings star Paige Bueckers got off to a slow start on Tuesday night in Brooklyn against the Liberty, but once she got rolling, she logged another efficient and impressive effort against one of the league's best--though injury-ridden--teams.

Dallas Wings superstar rookie Paige Bueckers "should be fine" for her team's home game against the New York Liberty on Friday evening despite a back injury that held her out of Thursday's practice, per head coach Chris Koclanes in response to a question from Myah Taylor of the Dallas Morning News about her status.

Under the surface of her brilliance, the Wings made a much-talked-about move last Sunday, trading defensive standout DiJonai Carrington to the Minnesota Lynx. Yet, as the trade deadline looms on Thursday at 3 pm ET, Dallas has yet to make a top-of-the-key addition to its roster.
