Arsenal have been urged to shelve their interest in top strikers Viktor Gyokeres and Benjamin Sesko and sign ‘unique’ Julian Alvarez instead. The Gunners have held talks with both Gyokeres and Sesko as they look to add a new striker to Mikel Arteta ’s squad.

While Arsenal are said to be locked in talks with Sporting for the Swedish marksman, as the window goes on, the Portuguese club's transfer demands could start to ease up. Forget Benjamin Sesko and Hugo Ekitike, landing Gyokeres would be the best outcome in the striker department this summer.
